No, everyone is welcome! Whether you are a beginner or a regular exerciser, the class can be tailored to suit your needs.
Pilates and yoga are both highly regarded for their benefits to physical and mental wellbeing, yet they have distinct differences. Yoga offers a broader spiritual and holistic approach, whereas Pilates is more concentrated on physical conditioning and core strength.
A 1-hour Pilates class includes a suitable warm up, followed by some exercises which will aim to strengthen and stabalise the muscles, focus on improving posture and pelvic floor before cooling down and focusing on some relaxation to end the class.
Come in fitness wear that you feel comfortable in - you will be in socks or bare feet for the class.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy so if you are unable to attend, please let us know via email or Whatsapp/text message.
Contact details can be found on the 'Contact' page.
